Challenge: Design and produce a wide range of deliverables for the audience, benefit employees, so that they are armed with important awareness of significant updates to the user experience and tools available to them via the MyBenefits Servicing Platform.
Approach: The campaign included a series of email communications, the focus was to reach out to benefit recipients and inform them of the upcoming changes and how to navigate the platform. An expansive PDF supplemented the messaging with detailed walk-throughs of the improvements and aid users in finding their way to what matters quickly. A video was created to further aid in explaining these system improvements more succinctly.
